Federico Adrodegari and Andrea Alghisi, T-REX researchers at the University of Brescia (UNIBS), presented main results about the application cases of the T-REX project and the new business model typology developed during the project at the workshop “COME RENDERE VINCENTI LE STRATEGIE DI SERVIZIO? – Evidenze dal mondo dei beni strumentali” (How to develop successful service strategies?) which took place in Brescia (Italy) in April 9th held by the ASAP Service Management Forum.
ASAP Service Management Forum is an academic community fostering service management culture and excellence through research, networking, project and know-how.
