T-REX at the Cambridge Service Week academic conference

On October 2nd-3th, Nicola Saccani, T-REX researcher at the University of BRESCIA presented the T-REX project during the academic conference of the Cambridge Service Week in Cambridge (UK). The theme for the conference was focused on discussions about new directions is service research.

It involved a small group of around 30 invited participants. The intention was to strike a good balance between presentation and discussion, without multiple parallel sessions. The agenda for the two days was structured around five themes:

  1. perspectives on service industries;
  2. service business models;
  3. service ecosystems;
  4. the transition to services; and
  5. services, data and analytics.

T-REX project, funded by the EU Seventh Framework Program, was discussed in the second session with the presentation of the Service-Oriented Business Model typologies developed by the University of BRESCIA in T-REX.
